Bloomfield Hills, MI –The Jewish Fund is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Davidoff to its Board of Directors

Mark Davidoff is a Director with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector having spent the prior 12 years serving the Jewish Federation of etropolitan Detroit and the United Jewish Foundation in various positions, from Chief Financial Officer through Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. Mark served as the Treasurer and Secretary of The Jewish Fund from its inception in 1997 through the completion of his tenure at Federation in February 2005. Mark is a certified public accountant, and has a BSBA in Accounting from Wayne State University and a Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mark also Serves on the Boards of the Jewish Community Center and the National Council for Community and Justice.

The Jewish Fund was created in 1997 from proceeds of the sale of Sinai Hospital to the Detroit Medical Center and has since awarded over $22 million in grants to expand health and human services to residents of metropolitan Detroit.
